The production

The Excel company has a wide variety of experience in treating massive and veneered surfaces, but we also use all other materials that are common to the design of modern interiors.
Often, the customers will only send a sketch of the product and we use it to make a 3D model and a sample product.     

We plan and prepare for the production with the help of high-tech CAD/CAM software TopSolid that enables us to configure 3D images and automatically transfer them to CNC machines.

In the production phase we cooperate with many companies, each a specialist for their own field of work. This concept enables us to handle larger projects in an effective way, keeping the quality to the maximum.     

We pay special attention to the treatment of surfaces because the final appearance and quality of the furniture depends on it. We use different techniques and means for surface treatment, but we tend to finalize most of small-series specialized products with lacquer finish ourselves.           

Also, special attention is paid to innovations and the development of materials and procedures.
